Good for two years or so. Product is poorly made.
Bought this at Home Depot about two years ago for $200+ and had a plumber install it for few hundred dollars more. It worked well and looked really good for about two years. We recently noticed that it was leaking at the base. I made some adjustments to the collar and that did not resolve the problem. I was told it could be the washers and bought a set of Moen washers. Took off the Moen plug to remove the cap to get at the mechanism after looking at a schematic on the Moen site. But there is no screw to take off the cap. Neither screwdrivers nor hex wrenches were of any use.

So far no response back from the company. And now the collar which is made of plastic has been stripped so the faucet does not work. I need to play with the handle to get it to shut off. This is truly a junk product. I expect a new faucet to last 10 or 20 years not 2 or 3. I also expect some support from a manufacturer. But with cheap plastic parts this product will not last long.
