nightmare installation for nice faucet, REVISED,
REVISED 8/12 It broke again, Kingston will not return calls or emails, even to the business owner. This has cost me two plumber visits for installation and they are not backing up their promised warranty. Beware...you are on your own if it breaks.

Revised 2/29/12 Kingston is sending a new faucet out, so it appears that the dilemma is solved. Thanks Jorge! I am returning it to pre-disaster stars.

Less than six months after installation, this has broken, almost literally, in half. The top curved handle where it meets the body of the faucet broke off. Amazon will not help, as it's over their 30-day return policy. Kingston's toll free number is not being answered. ????? Will update if there's any resolution. One thing I learned, however, is that had I bought this at Lowe's or Home Depot, I could have returned it and exchanged it on the spot per their policies. Buying this sort of thing online...
