The only PLUS about this faucet is that it is solidly constructed. However, the copper lines which come out the bottom to attach to the plumbing supply lines are extremely narrow, which leads to a severe decrease in water pressure. It took me nearly 5 minutes to fill a pan of water. My prior faucet, which was a Moen pull-down from about 5 years ago, filled that same pot in about 30 seconds. The only reason I was switching is because we redecorated our kitchen and the stainless steel finish no longer matched with everything. I purchased mine through Wayfair, but the same Poetto faucet nonetheless. I had to have the faucet removed and replaced it with the Delta Savile - a much better choice. Stick with the name brand faucet - there is a reason for it.
