Easy to install, looks nice, Kohler service is great
I replaced a poorly-functioning Delta with this faucet. Installation was straightforward and required no special tools (other than a crescent wrench and long-shafted phillips screwdriver to install). The faucet looks beautiful and functions smoothly.

Installation tips: (a) If installing in a three-hole sink, use plumber's putty to hold the baseplate down. (b) Water leaked (copiously) from the control buttons on the spray head, which at first I thought was a defect in the head. I called Kohler and they shipped a replacement to me right away, no problem. Later, I unscrewed the spray head and wrapped the male connection to the spray head with teflon tape and that took care of the leak. (c) There is a rubber washer included with the faucet, but no mention of it in the installation instructions. The parts guide at the back of the instructions booklet shows that it fits underneath the base of the faucet. Slide that washer onto the bottom of the faucet before you guide it into the...
