no customer service, warranty is ignored
watch out...KB doesn't answer calls or emails, and will not help you with warranty issues. In less than a year, my faucet broke twice. The first person I spoke to with them explained warranties don't apply with Amazon. Not true, and the first time it was repaired, but on a "favor" status...they acted as if it was a big favor to fulfill warranty issues.
