I'm just the family handyman, not a professional. Here are my observations, having just installed one as a replacement for an inexpensive pullout. The lady of the house wanted a escutcheon and a slightly longer and taller faucet. This one fit the bill, though now it seems a little bit "in your face" but one can probably get used to this and it can be rotated out of the way so that it's not even over the sink. The control handle rotates about 100 degrees and does NOT have that return-to-neutral feature--it will stay at the temperature setting when you turn it off.

The flared front was a concern, as it was not clear what exactly it was from the drawings. It turns out not to be a bell or a hood, but solid and flush metal with a threaded hole for the aerator. Only about a third of the aerator sticks out after installation, but it was installable by hand.

The first installation of the escutcheon (which is optional, as you can leave it off, but maybe plumber's putty...
