Solid and Simple
This is a simple piece of hardware which seems likely to last for decades. The single-hole mounting is easy to work with and the maker even includes a plastic wrench/tool/thingy to tighten the mounting nut in case it is in a difficult location. The water connections are o-ringed snap-on types which makes it impossible to torque the thin copper feed lines -- a perpetual problem with older designs in the hands of amateurs. The one thing I might improve is the heft of the pull-out handle portion. It isn't flimsy or anything but the look just tells me that it should weigh more than it does. This faucet replaced another 12-year-old Pfister unit which was still trouble-free until the sink it was attached to failed catastrophically; sadly the old faucet just didn't match the shiny new stainless sink and had to be retired.
