Looks great but pull-out head is flimsy plastic
We bought this faucet to replace a 20+ year old Delta faucet in our kitchen. We loved the stylish, modern look of it and were happy that it has a ceramic valve, but we did NOT love that the entire pull-out head is plastic. The body of the faucet is chromed metal but the pull-out head is chrome-colored plastic and feels very flimsy. The fact that it only has a limited lifetime warranty is also a big concern. What happens if the chrome finish comes off the plastic or it gets scratched? I've had shower heads with the same chrome-colored plastic and they didn't hold up all that well. To make a long story short, we are returning this faucet and we are going to list that the product is "Different from Website description" and hopefully we won't have to pay return shipping since we were so incredibly let down. Do NOT buy this faucet unless you aren't afraid of the plastic head.
