terrible packaging
We love the faucet. On the other hand, when I opened the package, some of the pieces were the wrong parts and all of
the parts were loose in the box. The sprayer is the wrong color. Obviously this box had been opened before and the parts were just tossed into the box. I contacted Design House about the sprayer and was told that they would send me a new one. That was 2 weeks ago and so far I have not received anything. If this is the quality of products and packaging, then I will never order from Amazon.com again.
