Modern faucet, looks good, works well
Our 10-year Moen kitchen faucet was leaking around the base. Lots of new O-rings, logs of silicon grease. Drip, drip. So, I was chartered to find a new faucet. As you will quickly find, there are thousands of kitchen faucets on the market. It was a long haul, but the Moen 7100 was the selection. So far, 3 months, all is good.

This faucet is one of the last generation, who which does not have a pull-out spray. It is really hard to find any contemporary feature without that feature. We also decided not to have a side spray, because the boss never used that either. (We replaced the spray with a soap dispenser, which gets the soap off the counter, and is super convenient.) We also thought, after seeing the hundreds of broken faucets at the bigbox stores, that the pull-out feature offers little advantage and an obvious maintenance issue.
