Nice, but has a known defect.
The Talis S faucet is very nice, but unfortunately, somewhat poorly made. After installing it, we found that it would not stay in position. If you move the faucet from side to side, it would just swing back to the middle, making it impossible to use without holding it in place to run water, fill a glass or rinse something. I phoned the customer service number at Hansgrohe in the US and after a little bit of back and forth, she kindly offered to send me a kit to "easily fix this problem". My question is, if this is a known problem, why do they keep sending them out with the known issue.

I have received my kit, but haven't installed it yet. I hope this solves the problem. I'd have to say, I'm disappointed, as Hansgrohe has always been a very high end, quality brand, which is why we chose it
